Hello! We're Jeof & Cassidy, your hosts in Central City, Colorado. We're proud to be the latest stewards of the Peter MacFarlane Home, a 150+ year old property that was once home to the man who helped build the Richest Square Mile on Earth with his grit, entrepreneurialism, and his own two bare hands. Peter came here to find his fortune, and ended up building most of the town, equipping the mines with the equipment to extract millions of dollars of gold, and ultimately saving the world-famous Central City Opera House. We're honored to be part of that story, and excited to welcome you to our home.
Colorado Small Business Owners
We're Colorado small business owners. Jeof owns Outward Travel, a travel agency that crafts meaningful vacation experiences. He's also the main guy you'll speak with when booking your stay at the MacFarlane Home, including for custom arrangements and answering all your questions. Cassidy owns BlueStatic IT, supporting small businesses all along the front range with their technology needs. He manages the property's ins and outs, ensuring everything is working (especially the Internet) and coordinating all the cleaning so you have a 5-Star Stay.
We Love Living In Colorado
While Jeof is a transplant, Cassidy grew up here. We both love Colorado and we especially love the mountains and living in Central City. There is a wealth of history, culture, art, and incredible ways to play here. In the winter we'll be skiing, in the summer we'll be driving the twisty turny moutain roads. Either way, we're happy to share everything we know about this place and give you all our recommendations for a wonderful stay.

Accidents Happen
We're not going to gripe about every dirty towel or broken glass. We understand stuff happens, accidents happen. Our ask is that you let us know so we can fix or replace it - and we're not going to nickel and dime every little thing. As long as you don't tear through the house with a sledgehammer on a bender, we'll be just fine.
